After a very hectic day for me on Saturday, at the races, i packed the car up on Sunday, ready to go on Sunday, but forgot the match ball, bur grays had a spare ball, Harrison Morris was captain and won the toss , and put grays into bat, on a very cold and gale force 10 day, bowling on a 22yard pitch,against the wind, we gave a way to many wide's and byes, Harrison Birch taking two wickets, also Jody,Reynolds, and Ross Johnson, taking the other wickets, we could have done better in the field with some sloppy fielding and some basic errors,grays eventually scoring 236, runs, So we came off eagerly wanting a hot drink, and some refreshment for the players,but do our disapointment there was nothing for the adults and no refreshment for the players on both sides.

so we came out to bat, with those immortal words don't get OUT, but perhaps the wind carried of my and sharpe's words, so we lost a very early wicket, but then started to nibble back on the total, but just as we were getting there another wicket fell, but a fantastic catch from a grays deep fielder, but we were still in it, and then the sun came out, but this did not change our luck as another wicket fell, so we needed 20 runs from our last pair,Rhys Williams,and Connor Barnes, who batted very well and rhys hitting 8 runs, but to much to late, and BPCC, suffered another defeat,

Not many games left to register our first victory, WELL DONE TO ALL U11 PLAYERS,
