Dear Members,

We hope that you and your families are keeping safe and well during this difficult time.

Despite the current situation we are still hopeful that we will be able to start the season on time in late April /May depending on restrictions.

We plan to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting on Thursday 18th February at 7.30pm.  As we cannot meet in person the meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.

If you would like to join the meeting please email lukedaw@icloud.com as soon as possible and Luke will send you an agenda and meeting notes along with the all important Zoom login details.  If will be good to see as many members login as possible so please make every effort as there is plenty to discuss.
