The Annual General Meeting reviewing the 2017 season and looking forward to our 70th anniversary year of 2018 will be held at the clubhouse on Monday January 22nd 2018, starting 7:45pm prompt.  The clubhouse will be open from 7pm.

The full agenda and proposals will be sent via email to all registered members in due course.  Should any member have a proposal they wish to put forward for the AGM, or to nominate themselves for either a captaincy or for a committee position, please can you advise Dave Ayres as soon as possible (if possible no later than 5th December) so that it can be included in the agenda.
